         The Crisologo Museum is a unique historical site that offers a glimpse into the life of Floro Crisologo, a prominent congressman known for his contributions to Philippine society. He authored significant laws, including the establishment of the University of Northern Philippines and the Social Security System. Tragically, Floro was assassinated in 1970 while attending Mass at St. Paul's Cathedral, and his death remains unsolved. The museum, housed in the Crisologo family's ancestral home, showcases memorabilia and personal items, providing a poignant tribute to his legacy.

       Visiting the Crisologo Museum is a thought-provoking experience. It not only preserves the history of the Crisologo family but also serves as a center for historical reflection. The museum displays artifacts such as Floro's blood-stained clothing and an old car involved in an assassination attempt on his wife. It highlights the family's resilience and their decision not to seek revenge, instead choosing to honor Floro's memory through this museum. The museum's exhibits offer a unique perspective on both Floro's political career and his advocacy for social justice, including his efforts to abolish the death penalty.

2. Padre Burgos House

 Location: Burgos St, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur

       The Padre Burgos House is the next indoor cultural spot in Ilocos; it is a museum filled with the rich history of Vigan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The museum is the ancestral house and birthplace of its namesake, Fr. Jose Burgos—a Roman Catholic priest who stood up for the reform of Spanish rule in the Philippines.

        Visitors can see the collections of old books, historical records, liturgical displays, antique furniture, oil paintings, dioramas, and ceramics from the 1800s at this tourist destination in Ilocos. The best part is that you can also try to create your clay jars and take them home for free! 5. Syquia Mansion Museum

The mansion was built during the Spanish colonial era and is recognized as one of Vigan’s oldest bahay na bato (stone houses).
